After a long journey up to the Lake District, I finally arrive at Lake Windermere and head out to explore Bowness-on-Windermere to see what this beautiful lakeside town has to offer. From the long drive and first look at the lake, to exploring the streets and taking in the views, it’s the perfect start to my Lake District adventure.
