MSI Ventus RTX 3070 3x OC Not Detected | Missing 5V and Faulty Controller Fix

In this video, I repair an MSI Ventus RTX 3070 3x OC that is not detected by the system. The card draws only 0.02A at idle and has no 5V rail — the root cause is a faulty 5V regulator chip and a damaged memory controller. Watch the full board-level diagnostic process from start to finish. Starting with resistance checks on all main power rails, I move through microscope inspection, voltage probing, chip identification, and component-level replacement using a donor board. After restoring the 5V rail and replacing the damaged memory MOSFET controller, all voltages return — 5V, 1.8V, PEX, memory, and core. The card passes MATS memory testing, loads Windows drivers without errors, and passes combined Heaven + FurMark stress tests with stable temperatures.
