Ready to switch on SWEAT MODE? 🔥 This 24 min full body Tabata HIIT workout combines fast-paced bodyweight cardio, core work and strength exercises in a fun no-repeat session — no equipment needed! We’re working with classic Tabata-style 20|10 intervals: 20 seconds of work followed by just 10 seconds to reset and get ready for the next move. Those short working periods mean you can really bring the energy, push the pace and give each exercise your best effort before moving straight on to something new. Expect plenty of variety — jumps, shuffles, skaters, burpees and explosive lower-body exercises mixed with planks, core work, push-ups and bodyweight strength. Your heart rate will climb, your whole body will be working, and with absolutely no repeats there’s always something new coming. And honestly... this one is FUN. 😁🔥 The first 4 minutes of the 24-minute workout are your warm-up, gradually preparing the whole body before we turn up the intensity. All you need is a mat and enough space to move. A cool-down and stretch is included after the 24 minutes. 🔥 WORKOUT OVERVIEW Duration: 24 minutes Warm-Up: First 4 minutes included Timer: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest Format: Tabata HIIT | Full Body | No Repeat Equipment: Mat only Focus: Cardio, full body strength, core & endurance Cool-Down & Stretch: Included after the workout 🔥 WARM-UP 00:00 Intro 00:10 Arm Swings 00:40 Wide Hinge Rotation 1:10 Deep Prayers 1:40 Knee Drops 2:10 Cossack Side Bend 2:40 World’s Greatest Stretch 3:10 Run in Place 3:40 Jumping Jacks 🔥 WORKOUT BREAKDOWN 4:10 Plank Jumps 4:40 Shoulder Taps 5:10 Crab Dance Roll Back 5:40 Plank Walkout 6:10 Squat Alt Front Rainbow Kick 6:40 Lateral Shuffles with Jump 7:10 Skaters Over Mat 7:40 Forward Backward Jumps 8:10 Slams 8:40 Half Burpee Run Around the Mat 9:10 Alt Jumping Oblique Crunch 9:40 Lizard Switches 10:10 Hinged 3 Point Taps Alt 10:40 Plank Arm 3 Point Taps Alt 11:10 Low Mountain Climbers 11:40 Hip Dips 12:10 On Elbow Knee Tuck Extend 12:40 Hollow Body to Toe Touch 13:10 Forward Fold to Reverse Plank 13:40 Crossbody Mountain Climbers 14:10 Squat Jumps 14:40 Jack to Squat 15:10 In & Out Fast Feet 15:40 Cross Jabs Jump Side to Side 16:10 Front Back Monkeys 16:40 Low Skaters 17:10 Duck Walk to Burpee 17:40 Jump Lunges 18:10 Lateral Hop Single Leg Balance 18:40 Reverse Plank Lowers 19:10 Curtsy Explosive Knee Drive L/R 20:10 Single Leg Glute Bridge L/R 21:10 Hamstring Walkout 21:40 Push Up to Crouch 22:10 Pike Push Up 22:40 Superman Pulls 23:10 Tricep Extension 23:40 Dolphin Push Up 24:10 Cool Down Twenty seconds at a time — that’s all you need to think about.
