Barmouth to Cadair Idris and back.

in preparation for an attempt at the Welsh 3000's challenge i decided to challenge myself by walking further than ive ever walked before. I start in Barmouth, join the Cambrian way for a short period and finally summit Penygadair on the Cadair Idris range. From there its a long walk back to Barmouth taking in some amazing countryside along the way.
