SAVE YOUR JEE MAINS 2027 — YOU STILL HAVE 5 MONTHS! If you're preparing for JEE Mains 2027 and wondering whether you can still turn things around, this video is for you. With around 5 months left, your strategy should NOT be the same as every other JEE aspirant. Your current preparation matters far more than someone else's timetable, study hours or strategy. In this video, I've divided students into 3 broad categories and explained how each type should approach these final months. TYPE 1 — HUGE CLASS 11 BACKLOG If you've wasted most of Class 11, don't try to complete every single thing from scratch just because you feel guilty about the backlog. Your priority now should be smart prioritisation and maximum marks per unit of time. We'll discuss how to balance your Class 11 backlog with Class 12, which chapters deserve priority, when to use lectures, when to start solving PYQs and how to avoid getting trapped in the endless "backlog completion" cycle. TYPE 2 — CLASS 11 DONE, BUT LOST TOUCH Maybe you studied Class 11 properly but haven't revised it in months. Now you open an old chapter and feel like you've forgotten everything. Don't immediately start learning everything from zero again. You already built a foundation. Your job now is to reactivate it through strategic revision, PYQs, practice and testing. I'll explain how to bring those chapters back without spending months rewatching everything. TYPE 3 — ALREADY ON TRACK If your syllabus is progressing well and you're performing reasonably in tests, don't panic and completely change your strategy. This is the stage where many students start collecting new books, switching teachers, watching random one-shots and making new timetables every week. Instead, your focus should gradually shift towards: Revision → PYQs → Mocks → Analysis → Weakness elimination Your job isn't to reinvent your preparation. It's to consolidate what you've already built. DON'T COPY SOMEONE ELSE'S STRATEGY A student scoring 180 marks cannot necessarily follow the same strategy as someone scoring 70. A student with a massive backlog needs prioritisation. A student who has forgotten Class 11 needs reactivation. An already-prepared student needs consolidation and testing. So before asking "Which JEE strategy should I follow?", ask yourself: "What does MY preparation need right now?" You don't need 50 more resources, 10 new books or another perfect timetable. You need a simple system: Study → Practise → Revise → Test → Analyse → Improve And then repeat. FIVE MONTHS IS STILL FIVE MONTHS I'm not going to tell you that everything will magically be fine. But the months you've already wasted are gone. The next five months aren't. Whether you have a huge Class 11 backlog, have lost touch with old chapters, or are already on track, there is still meaningful progress you can make. Don't spend the remaining time feeling guilty about the previous months. Use them. Start where you are. Build a realistic plan. Execute it. And finish strong.
