Meliz Cooks Pomegranate Molasses, Honey & Orange Roasted Chicken

Whenever I have a big family gathering, this is the dish I like to cook the most. You can marinate the chicken the night before, just make sure you give yourself enough time to cook it in the oven the next day. Enjoy.
