Trauma in the Jungle (English captions)

Choua Moua recalls the end of Vietnam War. When she finally reunites with her husband and they decide to make the trek to Thailand, she finds herself once again separated from him. How We Got Here is a collection of interviews of immigrants and refugees on their journey from their home country to America. The stories in this collection are solely the personal experiences of the person who lived to tell it. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
