When Caesar Ruled Everything, Something Greater Was Beginning

When Augustus Caesar issued his census decree, he thought he was managing an empire. He had no idea he was fulfilling a 700-year-old prophecy. At the exact moment Jesus was born, three of the greatest powers in human history controlled the world — Rome under Augustus, Parthia under the Phraatid dynasty, and Han Dynasty China under Wang Mang.
