"Farewell Fokker 70" | Luxembourg - Amsterdam (LUX-AMS) The October 28th is a sad day for all Fokker fans. After retiring their Fokker 50 in 2010 and the Fokker 100 in 2012, all remaining Fokker 70s from KLM will be withdrawn from service at the end of that day. They are being replaced by Embraer 175 and 190s. I’m so glad that I had the chance to attend the farewell ceremony on Saturday at Luxembourg Findel Airport and thanks a lot to Lux-Airport for this event.
