Full set from 11-13-70 at the 46th St. Rock Palace, Brooklyn, NY. Jerry Garcia on pedal steel throughout. (I know this image isn’t NRPS, but i can’t find anything appropriate in the public domain.)
This soundboard reel is in rougher shape than the other nights, but the song selection is different and I'm uploading the whole show for historical completeness. (I should have the Dead material from this night ready to publish soon).
I’ve left in quite a bit of the portions between songs because you can hear some fun stage banter.
Huge thanks to David Minches for the tape transfer.

Background on this project:
In the fall of ‘70, while Owsley was in prison, my friend / cousin-in-law Peter Kimble ran the soundboard for the Dead’s shows from October 24 to November 29th. The story of how this happened is in the liner notes of Dave’s Picks 51. Peter had given me the soundboard recordings of the first and last shows of that run, which we ended up sending to the Dead’s vault. At the time we thought those were the only tapes.
After Peter’s death, we discovered a few more tapes. Big thanks to Jesse Jarnow and David Lemieux for helping me figure out which shows these had to be.
I sent them to David Lemieux and Jeffrey Norman for consideration for a commercial release. They and Rhino ultimately decided to pass due to challenges with the tape quality.
There are no tapes of some of these shows, not even known set lists, or very poor tapes of some with incomplete or incorrect setlists, so I’m excited to share these with the ears of the world.
