Day 2 of 90. Yesterday I said our business was "not going great." I take it back. We're in year two, we pay our bills, and our clients come back. That's doing well. We just want something bigger, and this series is how we're going after it. Chelsea and I spent 15 years making videos in Pittsburgh for some of the biggest brands in the world. Then we left to build something that was ours. Today I built everything a customer needs to say yes before I asked a single person: A one-page offer A booking page: twohorn.com/5415 A way to pay (deposit up front, balance only after you approve your videos) A list of 50 local businesses A system that runs the job from deposit to delivery The offer is called the 5415: five videos for $1,500. After a push from a friend in the South Hills, it now comes with horizontal and vertical versions of every video, custom motion graphics, posting copy, and help running them as ads. Where we are after Day 2: $0 in revenue. Tomorrow I start selling. Run a business around Pittsburgh and want video on your website?
