The Real Run - Tyler Andrews

Hey gang, as you know I LOVE to run and I super LOVE talking about Mental Health... today my two favs collide with The Real Run! Cleveland native, Tyler Andrews sat down with me today to talk about his new run club, The Real Run. Where you sign up via his secure app, you go for a run in our beautiful Metroparks and then after you're paired with someone to chat about mental health and what you've got going on if anything. I want to leave it to Tyler to give you the RUN down...(see what I did there?) I am truly so happy for this to be reality and plan on attending when I can too!
