The Circle: Reinventing India School by School

Every great nation is built in its classrooms and schools. India is standing at the edge of an extraordinary opportunity. And extraordinary risk. A billion young people will soon come of age, ready to shape the future to come. But our schools were built for a past that no longer exists. If we do nothing, we lose a generation to broken systems and fading dreams. If we act now, we can transform India, and help it leapfrog into an era of equity, innovation, and unstoppable human potential. At The Circle, we have chosen to act. Boldly. Urgently. And for everyone. We drive this vision through a three-pronged approach. First, our flagship 18-month Incubation program empowers social entrepreneurs to design, launch, and run reinvented schools and after-school programs across India. Second, Circle U, our School of Education trains teachers and coaches to deepen their instructional instructional excellence. Finally, Circle Labs operates as an innovation studio, offering grants and resources to test disruptive ideas in education. At the heart of our work is one vision: every Indian child, regardless of caste, religion, gender, or socioeconomic status, will live a life filled with opportunity and choice.
