Bewerberinnen und Bewerber setzen heute künstliche Intelligenz in vielfältiger Weise ein, um sich im Auswahlprozess einen Vorteil zu verschaffen. Dies gilt beispielsweise für das Formulieren von Anschreiben oder die Beantwortung von Online-Fragebögen und Leistungstests. Nicht immer ist der Einsatz von KI für die Betroffenen aber tatsächlich von Nutzen.
