Automated HPP Food Packaging Line

Shape Process Automation is a leader in automation and robotic integration. In this animation, which depicts a real-life solution that we designed and built for a large food manufacturer, we demonstrate a variety of processes including robotic handling of food baskets (load/unload of HPP machine), sorting, drying, and inspecting product, robotic case packing of food pouches, and robotic palletizing of food cases. Bringing all of the many components together, ensuring their complete cooperation with each other, and delivering a successful solution is what we do best.
