What If All Might Said Yes to Quirkless Deku

All Might said yes to quirkless Izuku Midoriya, and the fourteen-year-old spent ten months hauling refrigerators and trash off Takoba Beach to earn a body strong enough to stand beside heroes. The story follows Izuku from the rooftop where All Might first saw his hero analysis notebooks through the brutal beach training that left his hands raw and his arms scarred. It covers his mother's relief, Bakugo's disbelief, and the Sports Festival obstacle course where Izuku—still quirkless—used landmines and an armor plate to fly over the competition and cross the finish line first. Along the way, All Might's secret wound, his fading hours, and the unspoken power he has not yet passed on hang over every session, while Izuku fills notebooks with observations and keeps one line blank for a hero name that finally gets filled in.
