After fantastic weather in 2022, I face mixed weather in 2023. How will it be this year? Well...I originally planned to to a continous hike from Gjendesheim all the way up to the north of Breheimen. In Jotunheimen I planned to climb Glittertind and Galdhøpiggen. But Norway did Norway things and when I arrived in Gjendesheim it was already raining. When I reached the foot of Glittertind I coul not even see the mountain, because it was so foggy. I then decided to hike on to Galdhøpiggen only to find out, that there was snowfall coming in and it was not recommended to do the climb. So I hiked on and jut planned to hike straight to Breheimen. The weather was challenging. It was around 0 to 5 degrees Celsius cold, very windy and almost constantly raining. Whenever the rain stopped I took out the camera for some filming. Enjoy the images of this dramatic landscape in somehow epic mountain weather. Will I make it to Breheimen?
