ClearVoice Live says it will take the noise, the reverb and the feedback out of a live vocal at zero latency. I had never tried it, so I downloaded it on camera and ran it against the plugin I actually use, De-Feedback from Alpha Labs.
The test is a real one. It's Caleb's vocal from Colony House at the Pinnacle, a mic sat right in front of the drum kit, which is about the hardest thing I deal with on that gig. No cleaned-up demo file, just the passage I was already fighting with.
Short version: it didn't pass for me. On held notes it hears the fundamental as feedback and thins the vocal out, and I could hear it instantly on a passage where De-Feedback has never done anything I noticed. I think it's close, and I'd like to be wrong about it in a different application, but I'm not putting it on a show yet.
You don't have to take my word for it. The same 17 seconds is up on my site, run through every setting I tried, level matched so you're comparing the processing and not the volume:

One more thing. Version 1.15 came out after I shot this, and it's supposed to fix exactly what I'm complaining about here. I bounced the same passage through it and put it in the sampler next to the 1.1 version at the same settings. To my ears it didn't fix it, but go listen and tell me what you hear.
Gear and software in this one:
De-Feedback V1, Alpha Labs
Supertone Clear
ClearVoice Live 1.1 and 1.15
Pro Tools and Logic Pro
Screen Studio
Let me know what you think in the comments, especially if you've run ClearVoice on a show.
