Riding through grief in Mallorca (plus punctures, flies & solo van plans!)

This is my very first vlog filmed entirely on two wheels. Taking on a cycling break to Mallorca so soon after Lisa’s funeral wasn’t an easy decision, but sticking with it brought unexpected peace and clarity. Riding some of the island's iconic bucket-list routes gave me space to reflect on my mental health and, more importantly, on how Lisa lived her life—always choosing quality of life over quantity of life throughout her cancer journey. Of course, it wasn't all smooth pedalling—between a puncture, misjudged gears, and accidentally swallowing a fly, there was plenty to keep me humble! 🚐 To our van life community: don't worry, Luby-Lou Van isn't going anywhere!
