Things you won't believe are coming to Civ 7, and some of them are already in your install. A respawn system that starts a player over in the Exploration Age, eight diplomatic actions you can't pick, a finished Graphs screen and a challenge waiting on the Atomic Age, all switched off in the game files. Everything here is in the Civ 7 1.5.0 files, and you can find all of it yourself with a plain file search. Anything about what it could become is labeled as my guess. 🔔 Subscribe for every Civ 7 patch and mod, read in the files and tested in game:    / @zatygold   My Civ 7 mods: 🔗 Zatygold's Town Focus Info: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile... 🔗 Zatygold's Advanced Settings: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile... Chapters 0:00 Switched off in your install 0:52 Eight cut diplomatic actions 2:34 A second start 4:46 The missing Graphs 6:10 Waiting on 2027 7:08 Recap In the files (as of 1.5.0): Respawn system: starts a player over in the Exploration Age with no settlements, a Founder, a Settler, two Scouts, an army, a fleet and 1,000 Gold. Once they found a capital: Castles and Machinery, a random technology boost and a random civic boost, and free Gristmill and Stonecutter purchases. Their second settlement becomes a City, with three free Wall purchases. For the first 40 turns of the Exploration Age or until four settlements, every settlement gets Walls, +3 Population, a Settler, a Crossbowman, a Swordsman and a Courser, while building Settlers is blocked. Food and Production start doubled and fade 5% a turn. Three database tables set up for it, files edited in July 2026, switched off. Eight diplomatic actions, including Pioneering (a free Settler for whoever starts it, and one for the other leader if they support it) and Buy Loyalty (a copy of a rival's land military unit), all commented out A finished end-game Graphs panel with seven charts, switched off with a developer note to turn it on. A "complete every Major Triumph in the Modern Age" challenge, switched off for every leader, with a developer note about bringing it back. A cut Shawnee tradition and a cut Nepal civic named after Mount Everest. My guesses (labeled in the video): Who gets the respawn isn't in the files: maybe players wiped out in Antiquity, maybe a fresh-start choice at the Age transition. It looks like a protected restart, probably by sea. Buy Loyalty, the one espionage action of the eight, could show up with the espionage actions Firaxis announced for Arc of Tomorrow. Once the Atomic Age arrives, the Modern Age gets its own Major Triumphs and the challenge comes back Firaxis's announcement (Arc of Tomorrow FAQ): https://civilization.2k.com/civ-vii/3... Players asking for end-game graphs (CivFanatics, Apr 2025), where a few people also spotted the commented-out Graphs code: https://forums.civfanatics.com/thread... Checked against Civ 7 1.5.0. Which one would you like to have in the game: the respawn system or the new diplomacy actions? Let me know in the comments. #civ7 #civilization7 #arcoftomorrow
