Gurugram Road Rage: Kalyan Bainsla Arrested, Attempt To Murder Charge | News9 Gurugram Police have arrested 33-year-old Kalyan Bainsla, 52 hours after he allegedly knocked down woman biker Shivani Chauhan alias Sia and fled the scene. Police say the accused’s alleged motive was to kill the victim and have added attempt-to-murder sections to the FIR, while Bainsla’s lawyer has called it a case of negligence rather than hit-and-run. Sia has strongly rejected the allegations against her, questioned why Bainsla did not stop after hitting her and said she could have suffered fatal injuries.
