Jason Schroeder shares the power of digging deeper. When you visit a project, don't just check in and walk around. Dig in on at least three things and get to the root cause. If somebody verbally tells you everything is okay, it probably isn't. There are more ways to get it done than there are excuses not to do it. That's what leaders do.
