Special Event | Nigel Balkin Memorial Trophy

On the 22nd of September we lost a member of the Australian oval community in a tragic road accident on his way to work. Nigel was fairly new to iRacing and both the Pacific Oval and Australian NASCAR communities but he loved every minute of it and so did his 11 year old son who would be allowed to stay up and watch the few races he did do with Australian NASCAR on the Highline channel. Nigel leaves behind his partner Bec and his son Toby who will dearly miss him. Despite his short time in the sim racing community he made a few friends and was improving every week. This event will be to remember him and to give his son who loves the Australian NASCAR broadcasts something to remember.
