GoHighLevel has rolled out new custom field features, including User, Rich Text, URL, Date & Time fields, plus new image and icon options for existing fields. Radio Select & Checkbox Images You can now make forms, surveys, and quizzes more visual by adding images/icons to certain selection fields. Date & Time Custom Fields Capture dates and times with additional controls such as future dates or specific date ranges. These values can also be useful when building workflow conditions and If/Else logic. User Custom Field Instead of manually creating fields containing staff names, the User field introduces a cleaner way to work with users inside the account, including the ability to allow multiple users. Rich Text Custom Field You're no longer limited to basic single or multi-line text for every use case. Rich Text gives you additional formatting options, including headings, text formatting and emojis. URL Custom Field You can now collect URLs using a dedicated custom field and control which domains are accepted through advanced settings.
