Khajla - Homemade Khajla With Tips - Ramadan Special Recipe By Easy Cooking With Shazia Ingredients Dough Maida (all-purpose flour) 1.5cup (190g) Oil 1ts Salt 1/2ts Paste/mixture to apply inside Ghee (clarified butter) 3tbs Corn flour 1.5tbs Maida (all-purpose flour) for dusting And Oil for fry Procedure Step 1 Dough making Add salt and oil in all-purpose flour and mix it well using water little by little to make hard dough Apply some oil on dough, cover it and rest it for 15 mins. Step 2 Paste making Combine clarified butter and corn flour to make a thick paste Step 3 Roll the dough in rectangle as thin as possible Apply the paste, spread it evenly Dust some all-purpose flour on the rolled sheet Roll the sheet tightly and rest it for 15 mins.
