Dressage Lesson // Versatile Horsemanship

Let me start by saying, I adore this horse! Blossom and I had our first dressage lesson together and it was so good for both of us. What is dressage? Well, Dressage is the art of riding and training a horse in a manner that develops obedience, flexibility, and balance. Even though I am primarily a western rider, I firmly believe that dressage offers a great foundation for any horse or rider. In this video you'll get a glimpse of our dressage lesson from September 2019. I’ve been riding Blossom for a couple of months and even though she’s still quite green for being 9 years old, she tries extremely hard at anything she’s asked to do.
