I Flew Air China’s A350 and 737MAX… and It Was Actually Good?

Going into this experience, I wasn't expecting to be blown away on any level, but honestly given the price that I paid for this trip, I think the value exceeds any negatives. The cabin is clean, spacious, and the bed is comfortable. There is direct aisle access. And the service was personal and thorough. Given Air China's ability to fly through Russian airspace, flight times are significantly shorter than essentially all of the competition.
