#NICE ರಸ್ತೆ #ನೈಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ #NICERoad #BMIC #ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುಮೈಸೂರುಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ #ರೈತರಸಮಸ್ಯೆ #ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ #ರೈತರಪರಿಹಾರ #GroundReport #KarnatakaNews #BengaluruNews #thirdeyekannada ನೈಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು–ಮೈಸೂರು ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗಾಗಿ ಜಮೀನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ರೈತರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಸಿದ ಈ ಗ್ರೌಂಡ್ ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರ ಅಳಲು, ಜಮೀನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ಅನುಭವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಹಾರದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 1998ರಿಂದ 2009ರ ನಡುವೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಾಗಿ ಸುಮಾರು 20,193 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕೆಲವು ಭೂಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪಾವತಿಯಾಗದೆ ಉಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ 2026ರ ಜುಲೈನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಹಂತದ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿಯಿತು. ಈ ತೀರ್ಪು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರ ಜಮೀನುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದು; ಇಡೀ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನವನ್ನೂ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರ್ಥವಲ್ಲ. ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ, ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ 1,453 ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನ ನೀಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 574 ನಿವೇಶನಗಳು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದ್ದು, ಉಳಿದ 879 ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದಿಂದ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ರೈತರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೆಯೇ, ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳೂ ಉಳಿದಿವೆ. ನೈಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಭೂಮಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಾಯಕರ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಆರೋಪ–ಪ್ರತ್ಯಾರೋಪಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ, ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ನೈಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಈಗಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ವರದಿ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದರೆ ಲೈಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ, ಶೇರ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು Third Eye Kannada ಚಾನೆಲ್‌ನ್ನು ಸಬ್‌ಸ್ಕ್ರೈಬ್ ಮಾಡಿ. Farmers who lost land for the NICE Road and Bengaluru–Mysuru Infrastructure Corridor project continue to seek answers on compensation and rehabilitation. In this ground report, we visit the affected area and speak with farmers about their experiences, concerns and expectations. Land amounting to about 20,193 acres was notified for the project between 1998 and 2009. In July 2026, the Karnataka High Court upheld an earlier order concerning specific landowners whose compensation had remained undetermined or unpaid for years. The ruling does not mean that all land acquisition for the entire project has been cancelled. The Karnataka Cabinet has also decided to allot sites to 1,453 project-affected farmers. The government says 574 sites are ready and another 879 are to be developed. Questions remain about the timeline, eligibility and whether this will address the concerns of farmers who are still awaiting compensation. Recent political allegations concerning land and the NICE project have also drawn attention. H.D. Kumaraswamy has made allegations against D.K.
