«PbRaIsNsTcIlNaG PrRiEnSeSt» for prepared printing press, waldteufel and bass clarinet

«PbRaIsNsTcIlNaG PrRiEnSeSt» is a live improvisation for prepared printing press, waldteufel and bass clarinet. Performed at the Accademia di Romania in Rome into the Artist Studio II, during the exhibition opening of Spazi Aperti 2026 on 15th May 2026. Tomás Jesús Ocaña González (performer) Programm notes: Through the exploration of the sonorities created by squeezing ordinary objects into a printing press and its relation with a classical acoustic instrument like the bass clarinet, I create a space of reflection about what is noise, about the thin frontier between what we consider a musical instrument in our society, and about different ways of recycling and giving life to empty/used/dead objects.
