We continue our holiday cruise along the beautiful Trent & Mersey Canal — but this time we encounter what might just be our trickiest lock exit to date! Getting out of the lock should have been straightforward… but there seemed to be an obstacle in every direction! A widebeam boat with a rather questionable mooring, a bywash creating its own little challenge, a fisherman in exactly the wrong place, and — just to add to the excitement — another boat approaching!
