*HERTFORDSHIRE BEAST* | Journey on Sullivan Buses Route 84 | ELV1 (EL04 SUL)

A journey onboard Sullivan Buses ELV1, a Volvo B7TL East Lancs Myllennium Vyking which has been with the operator since new (in 2004) on the 84 which operates between St Albans and Potters Bar. The bus has the Volvo D7C engine coupled to a 5 speed ZF gearbox and its a classic powerhouse. Even though the former Blue Triangle presidents has since left the Sullivan fleet, ELV1 is a marvellous performer when it comes to performance on the roads and can be on the speedier side though unfortunately its mostly limited to school routes nowadays but when it appears on a public route, it gets the attention it needs! This bus was serving the 84 between St Albans and Potters Bar back in August 2024. Also note at the end of the video, the driver drove the bus with doors open up to the potters bar terminus. #ForTheLoveOfBuses
