After her death on August 25th, 2026, her business moved into a second trust, and her longtime manager Danny Nozell formed She's Alive LLC to advise it. After her nephew and head of security was fired, that company sued him in Nashville over messages it says threatened her brand, and won a temporary restraining order. Seaver denies any threat and calls it a publicity stunt, and his aunt Freida says the family all love him.
