In terms of difficulty, the only Ultra Nightmare is how bad I am. Spacing? Bad. Reaction times? Bad. Weapon selection? Bad. Efficiency? Bad. Situation awareness? Yikes. Ability to never give up, no matter how many tries it takes? S-tier.
