Datik Ratan shared his personal experience of going into hiding in the jungle due to FIR against him

Shri Datik Ratan, Spokesperson of Adi Bane Kebang United, shared his personal experience of going into hiding in the jungle following the registration of an FIR against him. He stated that he has since secured anticipatory bail. He also expressed happiness over the growing participation of Arunachal Pradesh's youth in raising their voices and expressing concerns over the Siang Upper Multipurpose Project (SUMP). During his interaction, he appreciated the efforts of the All Idu Mishmi Youth Association (AIMYA) and the Public Rights Action Committee (PRAC) for raising concerns and representing the voices of people from the SUMP-affected areas.
