Saint Benedict, Guard Me Tonight | Gregorian Chants for Protection, Peace & Sleep

Saint Benedict, stand against all evil and guard us through the night. 🕯️ Ancient Gregorian chants invoking Saint Benedict against evil, sung in a candlelit stone monastery — a sacred prayer for protection and deep, peaceful sleep. Saint Benedict founded the monks who have sung these chants for fifteen centuries. Let their prayer stand watch over your home tonight, and rest in the protection of the Holy Cross. ✝️ Prayer of the Saint Benedict Medal Let the Holy Cross be my light; let not the dragon be my guide. Step back, Satan! Never tempt me with your vanities. What you offer me is evil. Drink the poison yourself! 📖 (KJV) "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." — James 4:7 "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." — Ephesians 6:11 "But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil." — 2 Thessalonians 3:3 "The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul." — Psalm 121:7 ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 Intro 0:05 Da Eis Lucem Domine 2:54 Misericordia Tua 5:54 Umbra Pennarum 8:54 An Anchor in the Storm 12:36 Ovile Clausum 15:36 Fluctus Caelestes 18:37 Pax Huic Domui 21:10 Per Crucem Tuam 23:59 Comes Tobiae 26:59 Lux in Nocte 30:04 Alae Columbae 33:04 Tegmen Matris 36:04 Hortus Absconditus 39:04 Portus Tutus 42:04 Acus ad Septentrionem 45:05 Spera in Domino 48:04 Angelus Custos 51:05 Turris in Monte 54:10 Vesperae Umbrae 57:10 Nebula Turibuli 🙏 What do you ask Saint Benedict to drive away from your home tonight?
