Amsterdam's Empty Streets at Dawn | Peaceful POV Bike Ride

We set off after 5am on Saturday July 18th, hoping to catch a beautiful Amsterdam sunrise. Unfortunately, the clouds had other plans, but what we found was something just as special. With quiet streets, almost empty parks, and hardly anyone around, Amsterdam felt completely different from its usual busy self. This relaxed morning ride takes us from Amsterdam Nieuw-West, past Sloterplas, through Rembrandtpark and Vondelpark, into the historic city centre passing the world famous Rijksmuseum and the usually vibrant Waterlooplein, before finishing at Marineterrein, one of Amsterdam's most unique waterfront locations, at around 6:11 AM. Sometimes the destination isn't the highlight—it's seeing a city while it's still waking up.
