A short skit was presented during the Shimshal Road Opening Anniversary Celebration 2026, organized by WTCA Shimshal Unit in collaboration with Shimshal Natural Trust. The skit portrayed His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan IV’s first visit to Hunza in 1960, highlighting the hardships faced by the people at that time. Despite poverty and difficult living conditions, the community remained strong in faith, dedicated to social work, and united through brotherhood and mutual support. #shimshal #shimshalvalley
