Pokémon Rejuvenation v14 - RENEGADE ROUTE - 100+ BaseSpeed only Challenge vs. M31

This is a NG+ run, did Paragon first but currently doing the Renegade Route. My only restriction is that I cannot use Pokémon with a Base Speed of 100 or lower. If a Mega or Crest puts a Pokémon to above 100 Base Speed it's fair game.
