Sign up here: www.zerorank.ai In this video I walk you through the Brands area in ZeroRank, and how to clean up the list of brands you're tracking so your AEO and GEO data actually makes sense. We look at the overview and the top brands, how to tell competitors apart from sources, and why it matters for AI search visibility. I also show how to add a competitor that got misclassified as a corporate source, how to merge duplicate brands (like a company and its product that share a name), and how to approve, reject, stop tracking, or delete brands. Quick things to watch for: Filters can stick around. If you filtered by competitors earlier, you might only see competitors in the overview. Clear the filter. Stop tracking vs. delete brand: delete takes the brand out completely, so I usually just stop tracking. Check both websites before merging. Some brands use two domains for SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search. Chapters are below so you can jump to what you need. If you have questions about cleaning up your brand list in ZeroRank, leave them in the comments. Thanks for watching, and I will see you in the next one. #ZeroRank #AEO #GEO #AISearch #AISearchOptimization #BrandTracking #CompetitorAnalysis #SEO #AIVisibility 0:00 Intro: Where brands show up in ZeroRank 0:19 Overview: Top brands and visibility 0:36 Show all: Viewing every tracked brand 0:41 Brand details: Notes, alternate names, domains, and colors 0:56 Merging duplicate brands 1:19 Brands vs. competitors vs. sources 2:00 Sources filter: Why you might only see competitors 2:37 Corporate sources: Spotting a competitor that's misclassified 3:02 Brands area: Approving and rejecting suggested brands 4:00 Tracking a brand manually 4:44 Adding a missed competitor from the corporate list 5:50 Checking for possible duplicates 6:42 Merging brands that have two websites 7:26 Reviewing untracked brands and fixing typos 8:07 Stop tracking a brand 8:34 Removing a competitor from the overview 8:45 Stop tracking vs. delete brand 9:12 Wrap-up
