I came to Bir Billing to learn how to fly. What I found was much more than that. This short film captures my complete P1 & P2 paragliding journey in Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh — from ground training, simulation and learning to understand the wind, to the first moment I finally left the ground and flew on my own. The course was completed with Anti Gravity Paragliding School, and this film is a personal record of everything that came with it — training, mistakes, friendships, fear, excitement, freedom, and the feeling of not wanting to come back down once I was finally in the air. By the end of the course, I was happy to have completed the journey, but leaving Bir Billing, the mountains, and the people I had shared those days with was harder than I expected.
