I got into nervous system work because I wanted to do more, hold more, say yes to more without burning out. What I didn't expect was that growing capacity would look like finally being able to say no. In this video I'm thinking through what it actually means when your nervous system starts to regulate, why your boundaries aren't a mindset thing, and why overexerting isn't a discipline problem.
