Norfolk Southern 578, CP Pine Buffalo Line #train #coal

Welcome! Today's video features ‪@norfolksoutherncorp‬ train 578 with the H57 (local outta Lock Haven PA) crew passing Pine/Pine Station near McElhatten. NS is so short on crews that the H57 train didnt run. I have heard of another local south of me on the Buffalo Line take an empty coal train to Keating before but I dont think I had ever saw this happen in person till now. So this 578 is a loaded coal train that came from the Buffalo and Pittsburgh. The train originated at Driftwood where the Buffalo Line ends for Norfolk Southern and the B&P come in from DuBois. The Western New York and Pennsylvania line does touch Driftwood too but the south end of there system is Out Of Service to Port Alleghany due to no sand contract in Emporium.
