We Found the Real Problem With Our Cheap BMW!

The cheapest BMW on the internet is getting worse before it gets better… In Part 2 of our BMW E91 project, we carry on stripping the car down to find out exactly what it’s going to take to save it. With the rear end coming apart, plenty of rust to deal with, and the original engine finally coming out, this budget BMW rebuild is turning into a much bigger job than we expected. We remove and restore the rear subframe, clean up years of surface rust and corrosion, strip the front end, tackle more neglected parts underneath the car and eventually pull the M47 engine completely out. The question now is whether all this work is actually going to be worth it. Can we still save the cheapest BMW on the internet, or have we taken this project too far?
