After all the hours spent building, modifying, tuning and getting our Mk1 Escort to where it is today, it’s finally time to give it a proper road thrash! In today’s video, Isaac and I take the Escort out for a proper test to see whether all our hard work has actually paid off. We’re giving it some stick, enjoying the noise and finding out what this little car is really capable of. But there’s more to it than just a quick blast. I’ve also been living with the Mk1 Escort as my daily driver for the last two weeks, so I’ll be sharing what it’s actually like to use one day to day. The good, the bad and anything that’s surprised me along the way! Has the engine performed as we’d hoped? Is the car as enjoyable on the road as we’d imagined?
