SysPrac26 Sept26 - Gardiner: Symmasthesic Agency

This workshop will offer a taste of this complexity-attuned, radically inclusive approach to navigating and meeting real-world dilemmas involving multiple, diverse stakeholders. The approach brings to life a way of invoking 'Symmathesic Agency' (Gardiner, 2022). It has been developed and honed over decades in real-world applications. Following this introduction: If you want to apply this to a current complex challenge you are working on, you will be eligible to access the 2-for-1 ticket price with a colleague for the 3-day Breakthrough Collaboration training, 25-27 November in Edinburgh.
