A Part of Me Stayed Behind

Watercolour views of Lewis and Harris come to life with Atlantic surf, drifting clouds, rain and wind, set to the full song. All images generated locally and animated using H3 Video This is all built autonomously by AI agents, with very little intervention from me: the stories, the scripts, the animations, the films, the scores. It all runs on a local stack: a 4090 GPU running ComfyUI with Qwen Image 2.1 to generate and edit images, depth mapping for parallax and scene structure, Stable Audio for sound effects and background music, YuE2 for songs, and Kokoro/Fish Audio 3 for text-to-speech narration. Different agent teams built the different pieces, because the point is to learn what works, what works well, and what doesn't. It's shown here in all its glory, and its shortcomings.
