The conversation explores the work of Kids Voice of Indiana, including child advocacy, volunteer opportunities, statewide training, parenting coordination, and supervised parenting time. Lindsay also discusses how technology is changing nonprofit operations, including one challenge many growing organizations know all too well: managing data across systems that do not always communicate with one another.
Most importantly, Lindsay and Jason discuss what community really means and why leadership is often about showing up, listening, building relationships, and helping where you can.
