Bring your tax audit tracker into the place your team already works.
In Workshop 5, connect the existing Microsoft List to Microsoft Teams, make the working view clearer and create email rules for new matters and closures.
You will learn to:
• Add the existing SharePoint list as a Teams tab.
• Use team membership and understand the permissions behind the tab.
• Arrange columns and save an Open matters view.
• Reach the existing intake form, case-folder link and attachments.
• Notify the Case owner when a new matter is created or its Status changes to Closed.
• Follow a separate example through submission, an update to the same item, and version history.
Continue with the tracker built in Workshops 1–4. Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Lists and SharePoint are Microsoft 365 products. The intake form is the existing form connected to our Microsoft List.

For a clearer picture, select an available HD quality in YouTube. Use CC for optional English subtitles and pause whenever you want to follow a step.
Illustrated demonstration using fictional records and users. The Teams and rule controls are reconstructed from the supplied current interface recording. Email and history examples illustrate the intended result; they are not evidence of a live tenant test. Check permissions, delivery and saved history in your organisation's environment. Views organise information; they do not restrict access.
