Make it easier for your tax team to log an audit or inquiry. In Workshop 4, we create an intake form from the Microsoft List built in the earlier workshops. Then we add a simple branch: choose Closed and Closure date appears. You will learn to: • Create a form from your existing tracker and arrange its fields. • Keep labels clear and choose the responsible colleague from the organisation's directory. • Add Closure date, Useful links (optional) and Materials (optional). • Preview both status paths, copy the response link and follow a complete example into the tracker. • Improve the form's guidance and check the result using the original link. This workshop uses the Forms feature inside Microsoft Lists, with SharePoint, as part of Microsoft 365.
