[PC] NFS:HP2 - Update - (Textures)

Yes, it’s been a while since I’ve said anything about the PC version, but the fact that I haven’t shown anything doesn’t mean I wasn’t working on it. After quite some time, I decided to try splitting my attention between the two versions—both the PS2 and the PC. '----------------------------------------------------------------- When I first started creating my additional texture pack for the PC version's cars, the work ended up being a bit sloppy. I kept the old pack and am reusing much of what I fixed, but I decided to start a completely new pack from scratch, applying everything I learned from the first one. The first fully updated car is the Lotus Elise; it features a fully corrected texture alpha layer and colors based on the PS2 version's palette, along with some additional colors taken from the palettes of other cars.
